I was looking at concept art for Disney's "Wreck-it Ralph" and found some drawings of Sour Bill looking a bit like Mike Wazowski from "Mosnters Inc" and wearing dark green gloves and - GASP! - a fourage cap! 
I understand why they gave him different limbs but I don't get why he doesn't wear this cap anymore

That cap is adorable, especially since it's as big as Bill's entire body 
I imagine they gave him floating hands and feet because that would be easier to animate - no need to worry about rendering bending elbows and knees when he runs from Ralph!
